The form of addition of the candidate.

You can propose your candidate on the aforementioned page. There is a charge for this service, 1000 Euro. All funds which will be collected during the voting process will go on maintenance and development of the culture and art. After the data is processed, a preliminary poll will take place between the initial nominees. If residents of the country of your nominated person select this individual as their candidate, he or she will progress to the master list and a winner will be selected by international poll.

Your candidate should meet the criteria set out by the award, namely that they should be a public or political figure responsible for a long-term contribution to the support and development of culture and the arts.

There are no strict rules for nomination of a candidate. There is no set format in which the application should be written. This is connected to the fact that each country has it’s own conditions. The most important areas of accomplishment that should be included in a candidate’s resume are as follows:

1. Art.
The preservation of all forms of art, development of all new forms of art, support of creative freedoms, etc.

2. Science.
For example, promotion of green technologies or the improvement of scientists’ working conditions.

3. Youth development.
Contributions to the enrichment of young people, for example cultural movements, theatre and sport etc.

4. Raising the overall level of cultural understanding in the general population.

5. Integration into the global cultural space.

6. Introduction of new ecological technologies.

7. Unification of society based on spiritual and moral human values.

It is also mandatory to attach a photograph and to pay a registration fee.
